Guard Force and Post Order Development
- Assist with contract versus in-house guard force creation/development
- Create RFP and review bids for qualified contract security services
- Develop job description for security officers and security manager/director
- Develop scope of work for in-house security officers integrated with physical security
- Create corporate security policy manual in addition to post orders procedures for officers
- Review existing guard force to recommend service enhancements

- Determine causes of inconsistent performance within guard force or high turnover rates
- Identify loss-prevention issues as they relate to guard force operations
- Create action plans to greatly improve key performance indicators in security program
Plant Transition/Closure
- Identify vulnerabilities of facilities and secure them from workplace violence, sabotage, and theft.
- Make recommendations for temporary access control procedures
- Coordinate security services
- Oversee contractors necessary to harden a facility against intrusion to prevent loss of valuable assets being relocated or reallocated during transition
Threat Assessment
- Help clients identify and respond to potential factors that would negatively impact their organization’s security
- Using whole hazards approach, analyze risks from such areas as fire/natural disaster, regional and local crime trends, infrastructure, and economic factors
- Respond to single, known threat or diverse possible threats

- Create RFPs
