Risk Analysis and Security Surveys

Comprehensive assessment of physical systems, procedures, devices, and staff used to secure a facility from various threats.  The risk analysis process evaluates assets, threats, and vulnerabilities through a methodology that uses the exhaustive on-site survey as a dynamic tool.  A written manual of the assessment is provided and includes specific, detailed recommendations to resolve vulnerabilities and mitigate risk

Auditing and Inspections

Complete onsite inspections to ensure that facility is being maintained at appropriate security level
Create routine security checklist
Work as a liaison with insurance underwriters
Work with third parties to ensure that the security standards of clients’ customers are met

Technical Assistance/System Design

Detailed onsite assessment of facility access control, video security, and monitoring needs
Coordinate proposals from pre-qualified vendors

Red Team Penetration Tests

Covert or overt non-destructive intrusion of facility to test effectiveness of present security measures, personnel, and overall employee awareness
Use results to enhance current security procedures, including effectiveness of contracted or in-house guard force
The penetration tests can be used singularly or as part of the auditing process.
