In most cases, this method allows us to specify our efforts to the client while also preventing the client from engaging an unexpected expense at the conclusion of the case. Simply stated, our new rate structure will offer a specific scope of services for a set and specific fee to the client. Additional costs or deviations from the set contracted rate would be agreed upon before we proceed.
