Why security planning and due diligence support?

Security planning directly impacts the success of your project. With matters like workplace violence, fraud and theft, business continuity, and supply chain security, I can help to identify vulnerabilities and work toward the right risk management solution.  My consultation focuses on physical and personnel security matters because these represent the most important assets in any organization.

As an independent security consultant, I personally service each project from its initial phases, through the internal due diligence, and on to transition and post-project integration. During each phase, I help my clients to determine the most effective solutions to their security needs, whether these be through a local or national contractor, or through an internal process or policy. There is no “one-size-fits-all” solution and I don’t represent a particular brand of equipment or services.

My consulting can support due diligence through assessment of the security culture, vulnerabilities in the security systems and security personnel performance, and historical losses from crime and incidents.

My proprietary methods include a comprehensive pre-planning consultation, on-site operational security risk assessment, and written documentation and presentation of findings.  Services are adaptable to what you want in your project: A basic overview of a single facility or a detailed assessment of multiple sites.

Because timing is critical in security planning and due diligence support, I handle a limited number of active projects and schedule consultations to meet the urgency and needs of my clients.

Accessibility

One of the most important features of my services is the relationship and accessibility I have with my clients. I communicate by email, text messaging, cell phone, Facetime, Skype and virtual meetings.

I recognize that in Mergers and Acquisitions and business transitions there is often a narrow time period between the initial concept, the due diligence research, and the decision to proceed with the project. My goal is to be accessible when you want my perspective on an important decision.
